At the May 18, 2023 meeting, Borough Council approved Ordinance 1055 – Outdoor Burning Regulations, amending Section 240-1.B of the Narberth Borough Code to make additional amendments to the adopted and incorporated 2018 International Fire Code. The additional amendments, additions, and insertions relate to recreational fires and portable outdoor fireplaces to further the management, care and control of the Borough and the maintenance of a safe and peaceful community for the Borough and its citizens.
