Wheels on Windsor

Narberth Borough is partnering with Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission and Narberth Cycling Club to bring a 10-day protected bikeway pilot to Narberth. It will demonstrate features of “complete streets” design (i.e. streets that accommodate all users and improve mobility).

Starting November 20th, Narberth residents and visitors will experience and observe temporary roadway improvements along Windsor Avenue, spanning two blocks from Forrest Avenue to Grayling Avenue.

The demonstration will provide an opportunity to:

(1) test ideas with minimal cost and minimal use of Borough resources

(2) collect data related to travel speeds, vehicle counts, and bicycle counts

(3) gather community feedback
