The Human Relations Commission shall serve for a term of 5 years. The duty of the Human Relations Commission is to protect citizens against discriminatory practices.

Industrial Development Authority – 1 opening

• Term Expires: 12/31/2026

Pennsylvania statute created this Authority to provide low-interest loans and lines of credit for eligible businesses that commit to creating and retaining full-time jobs and for the development of industrial parks and multi-tenant facilities within the Borough. Loan applications are packaged and underwritten by a network of certified economic development organizations (CEDOs) that partner with the IDA to administer the program.

UCC Appeals Board – 1 alternate opening

The Uniform Construction Code Appeals Board will hear and makes decisions upon appeals where there are perceived errors, special exceptions, and variances from the construction code.
