Welcome to Narberth Borough’s online Building Permits & Forms Portal!
Effective January 2022, Contractors Registration and Business Privilege Tax forms (BPT) and fees are required annually before any permits can be processed. Contractors applying for residential permits are not required to pay the Contractor Registration fee but will be required to apply and pay the fee for the Business Privilege Tax ($10).

Please note: Application forms must be uploaded to the portal. Applications that will require stamped plans will require two hard copies of the plans submitted to the Borough office prior to the review start date. All applications that are waiting for hard copies will be placed on hold.

Permits & forms can be mailed or brought to the Borough Municipal Building located on 100 Conway Ave or by dropping it off in our secure lockboxes located on the outside of the Haverford Ave entrance, between the Fire Department and Police Department doors.
